• Make sure that the food stuff you buy is well within the expiry date

• Store food stuffs in the refrigerator and make sure the refrigerator is in 40°F and the freezer at 0°F

• Food Irradiation

• Use the cooked left out food with in 2 days

• Preventing the spread of infection to family or friends
