Doctor's Response (Posted on : 04 Mar 2008 ) Polycystic Ovary Syndrome is associated with ovulation problems, insulin resistance and weight gain. Clomiphene is given to stimulate ovulation, however you have to monitor the ovulation period to plan for conception. Taking Clomiphene will not guarantee pregnancy but will increase the chances. You will also have to take medicines to control the insulin resistance. |
