I am taking Anta acid B complex along with TB drugs. Plz advise can I divide the recomende 2.5 tables in tow doses from morning and evening. My weight is 72 kg.
Doctor's Response (Posted on : 20 Jan 2008 )

Forecox contains four drugs for TB : Rifampicin, INH, Pyrazinamide and Ethambutol. You should not split the dose because it will decrease the amount of drug reaching the diseased areas with TB, and this may cause resistance to drugs and will further complicate your condition.
