Question (Posted on :  24 Jul 2009 )

Thank you very much for your response regarding my query on overweight. I am not diabetic but suffer from osteoarthritis from 15 years. Kindly help me in providing a diet chart and what type of exercises that I should do for reducing weight. I have recently had a pcl sub-total tear of the right leg (7 months ago). Can I go for long walks. I am not able to walk fast because of the pain and stiffness in the right leg. Will slow walking help me to reduce weight.
