I am 60 years old now. Some time during 1991 Dr took endoscopy and diagonsed as sufering from Gastrities and Duodenal Ulcer. At that point of ime I was given Cisapride and some Omez. Time to time I used to take Omez/Rantac etc by our Railway Doctor. Now I am retired. Of date, I feel bulgy stomach. Not able to bent forward because tommy sort of bulging. Lot of Flatus discharge. Sticky stool and unsatisfied completion. Pain at the bottom of the rib at the centre. Of course I am under Cispride and Omez for the last 1/2 months. Kindly advice further course of action doctor. Thank you.

important to rule out Malignancy (Tumour Conditions of the Gastro intestinal Systom)An urgent Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy followed if necessary with a CT scan abdomen depending on the merits of the findings of the Scopies would be warrantedWatch out!Continuing to take the Anti Acid medications may simply mask the symptoms of the more sinister underlying problems
