i am a female..40 yrs old i have this hyper pigmentation problem on my hands and legs. i have used many medicines to get rid of these black marks. have been to skin specialist but it has not helped..can you suggest what can i do..and one skin specialist told me there are skin peels alsowhich are done..is it advisable..reply back

Hyperpigmentation can be reduced drastically by doing a series of chemical peels. Using scrubs daily while bathing promotes / induces pigmentation.
