I heard that through intercourse also Hepatitis B infection is happened. Is it safe if a non-infected person, who has taken the 3 injections for preventing Hepatitis B, is constantly in sexual contact/intercourse with a Carrier of Hepatitis B women, without using condoms.

A person who has received the 3 doses of Hepatitis B vaccine is immune in more than 99% of the cases. Therefore he won't get Hepatitis B from his carrier spouse, even after repeated sexual intercourse without using condoms.
