My 5 yr old son has developed light white patches on one side of cheek since last 2-3 months. He does not feel anything abnormal while touching.Kindly advise.

This is most likely to be a condition called pityriasis alba. it is mostly seen in kids. Using a mild soap (baby soap) is useful. application of a mild steroid cream at night would help. but you need to confirm the diagnosis first
