Does a flat mole on the arm developing into a projecting loose mole indicate anything? Who (specialist) should be consulted, if reouired ?

Do you have any itching, irritation or pain ? Is there any discharge or ulceration from the site? You should consult a skin specialist ( dermatologist) regarding this.
