My wife get severe cramps (its really painful to see her) during her periods. Doctors in Kolkata could not solve this even after going through routine xrays (which revealed a small cyst) but medicines have not solved the problem. Now she's off medication, but the first 3 days she can barely move if the cramps hit. And they do. What do I do?

I am sure a scan would have been done by now .After that the doctor will put you on very effective and safe medications . so please contact a gynecologist nearby and have a checkup
