my son is taking epival syrup twice a day 1.5 tea spoon for the last 3 years. he is 10 years old. now it is passed 2 years that fits stopped to happen. can we stop or skip morning doz

Epival contains valproic acid. This drug should not be stopped suddenly, please discuss with your doctor and reduce the dose gradually. If you stop suddenly the child may have severe fits.
