Doctor's Response (Posted on : 14 Mar 2008 )

You seem to be having bipolar disorder. In this disorder you swing between mania (or anger) and depression. This disease has some heritabile factors, so it may have been passed on genetically. This is a treatable condition and the first step is to see a psychiatrist. Psychiatrist will assess you depression and anger patterns and put you on anti-psychotic drugs. This drugs both improve your mood and reduce the anger.
