hello sir! i m 28years/male suffering from hair loss for the last 7 years.my scalp is oily.now i have been using finasteride tab 1mg for the last four months,shampoo containg miconazole and ZPTO.now my hair loss is under control.my qs.is for how long should i take finasteride?also can i apply mometasone lotion on to scalp to improve my hair growth.thanku

You have to be careful with finasteride, it can cause erectile dysfunction and gynecomastia on long term use. Mometasone is a steroid preparation and has no known benefits for hair growth - minoxidil is a better choice.
