i hav been sufering from severe headache since two years. it comes and gos but whenever i get headaches it stays for a very long hour like 8-9hrs or sometimes whole day. my diet is not so good but i dont think so its because of this. sometimes i feel giddiness as well and my head also spins. i feel like i'm having temperature but my temperature is normal. pls advise

headaches for 2 yrs need to be investigated...it generally falls into three category 1.tension headache 2.migrane 3.cluster headache.... tell us about your gender and age...profession..and any symptoms like eye irritation and redness??
