Torch antibodies panel report CMV-negative RebulaIgM positine 3.56 Toxoplasma Igm negative Herpes negative comments on report: Positive IgG Indicative of old chronic infection Positive Igm indicative of cureent infection These are the report finding of my wife : She is Pcod,Folicle study shows less than 8mm size Pl throw light on how she has got infected and that too chronic . since a couple of months ago ,i had small boil on my penis and when i visited doctor he got suspicious on me that i had unsafe sex with some infected sex worker but i had no other partner than my wife. pl elaborate how come this has happened and how come my wife had got infected.or such thing happens with person having single partner also.

Rubella is an infectious disease that spreads via air. Usually most of women have immunisation in their childhood, so Rubella should not reappear. However once infected the IgG stays and IgM clears 6 months after infection. The PCOD may be a seperate issue which needs gynecological opinion. The boil on penis may not always be sexually transmitted. It may be just a boil from infection to skin. It is advisable to get tested for the regular panel of STD if you are concerned.
