my doc had suggested me to take folinext for next 30 days. i just want to know for what it is been used, effects n side effects for the same. meanwhile she had also said me to take siphene-100 after 5th day of my periods incase i got.

Folinext is a combination of folic acid, methylcobalamine, alpha lipoeic acid, vitamin B-1, and B-6. You only need folic acid which is prescribed for all pregnant women. This has no significant side effects. Siphene contains clomiphene citrate that is used to treat ovulation and infertility. This drug can cause abdominal discomfort and increases chances of multiple/twin pregnancy.
