Hello Doctor, I am married for 3 years now. We have been trying for a baby since almost a year now but unable to conceive. I was given Letroz for 3 cycles , during which one month follicular study showed that i was ovulating on 14th day with letroz. but i didnt conceive. i changed my doctor and the new doctor has given me Fertomid 50 mg but the follicular study shows that till 14th day my follicules were only 12mm. I am also taking duphaston from 12th day--twice in a day and CO Q forte once in a day by both the partners....Are there any chances that i conceive this month. arti

Your ovulation seems to be happening with some regularity. Has your husband got semen analysis ? and is it normal ? Even with normal ovulation and semen count if you have any cervical mucus problems the conception problems will continue. If that is the case you will have to go for IUI (Intrauterine Insemination).
