After my son's birth I used copper-T and this caused irregural periods for me(2 periods per month).Durig the same time I had been using homeo medicine for allergic treatment and I told about this irregular bleeding to the homeo doctor. He gave me some medicines and my periods became normal the very next month itself and after 4 months, there was no periods(meanwhile the copper-T was removed) and I thought I was conceived and did pregnency test. But the result was -ve. Then I consulted a Gynaecologists and done scanning. the result showed that there was no ovulation and my ovaries are not workig properly. She asked me have DUPHASTON for 10 days and after the pills are over periods will start within 3-9 days. But on the 9th day(4h May,2009) when I started usig the medicie, periods started and I consulted the same doctor and she asked me to start the next medicine,Krimson 35 on the same day, thats today. I have the history of regural menstrual cycle before using copper-T. What happened to me? Pls don't neglet this. I need ur help.
Doctor's Response (Posted on : 10 May 2009 )

While you are on Copper-T you can get irregular periods. Now what you are having is possibly Poly-cystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD). Do you also have acne and facial hair ? Krimson contains cyproterone acetate and ethinyloestradiol and is used for controlled high male hormones in your body to bring back the ovarian function back to normal.
