It is important to inform patients about your new clinical trials and request their participation. The patient recruitment module just allows you to do that - so that your recruitment is faster and efficient. This is an optional module.

You can search the patient registry based on selection criteria (Inclusion, Exclusion and Eligibility) criteria

You can contact your trial participants by three means : letters, SMS and email. Some of the services such as SMS may incur additional cost. To use the email communication you will need a dedicated SMTP server. We have made every attempt to ensure that your email does not get marked as SPAM, but if you bulk mail you always run that risk. A complete log of your contacts is stored in the system.

You can quickly do a demographics and other scans on your registry and identify gaps or trends.
