Systems biology approach is used at Clinnovo to model the structure
and functional dynamics of biological systems. By combining
mathematical modeling with experimental data obtained from genomic and
proteomic experiments we aim to build models of complex biological
systems. The output from Systems Biology experiments is used to design
in vivo and in vitro experiments, and to build functional models which
are close to biological systems in disease states.
Major part of structural elucidation of biological system is done
using imaging methodologies such as Microscopy, Ultrasound, CT, MRI,
fMRI, MRS and PET. Clinnovo is currently implementing a preclinical
imaging strategy to provide support for novel invitro and preclinical
imaging methods like MicroCT, MicroMRI and MicroPET.
