Hi,  CDM and regulatory affairs departments are paying more, but as a fresher dont expect more, once you get  experience in relavent department you will get salary upto your expectation.

Hi, You need to have a good knowledge of clinical research if you want to enter in to clinical research field,its always preferable to have basic knowledge about CDM & SAS even though you work in CR department.
